Make sure you turn the wind on!

really nice course, but for the authentic Scottish links golf experience make sure to turn the wind up, rain is optional.

Strong Ocean Front Links Course

Keeping this straight forward, the course is great. Here's a quick overview: Positives: - A strong introduction to links golf with weather turned on; - Lots of ocean front holes; and - While the fairways are a bit wide on a lot of holes, the greens penalize you just enough to keep the course challenging. Negatives: - If you turn off wind, the course is a bit too easy; and - Figuring out where to land the ball on the greens with the software can be difficult and can lead to what you thought was a good shot spinning/rolling off the green. Overall, I like the course a lot. It's not the most well-known course in the British Isles but it's a good option as an introduction to ocean front links golf.
