Sometimes things don’t go as smooth as you would like However that’s when great companies with pride in customer service shine. I ordered a product to be shipped 2 day air. There was a mix up in processing. When I called to check on the order the mistake was realized. The guys in tech support were very professional and had the part sent next day air.
